Answer: i had mono a couple months ago. (he never told me he had mono at the time... his ex girlfriend had no problem telling me tho... after i hooked up with him!) YES you can die from an enlarged spleen... it can rupture, and you will bleed to death. Theres no cure for mono, just resting and allowing your body to rid itself of the disease.
