Question: Hey everyone! I have done the adkins diet before, and it worked well, I lost 50 pounds. I went off the diet for a couple of years and when I started it again earlier this year, it stopped up my bowels very badly. I want to get back on adkins, please no speeches about what a bad diet it is, I just want to know if anyone else was in my position with their bowels, and what they did about it. also how to stay on it hard core, instead of getting tired of it and stopping the diet. i have the adkins cook book by dr adkins wife, but there is so much food in there i do not like at all. help!!!! also if you have nothing nice to say then please leave my question alone, otherwise i'll be happy to report you. thanks to all adkins workers ahead of time.
